Utility services quality to be discussed in Minsk

The conference “Raising the Quality of Utility Services: Challenges, Tools, Innovations” will be held in Minsk on 3 December 2019. The key questions of the conference will be digital innovations and community engagement. Representatives of utility companies and local authorities from throughout the country are invited to take part in the conference.

The conference will provide a platform for discussing important issues in the field of utilities: How to improve the quality of utility services by informing and engaging communities? What challenges impede the availability of high-quality services to people, and what will the tariff policy be like? Special attention will be paid to community involvement in the implementation of activities on thermal renovation of residential buildings.

The event will include a presentation of foreign practices of the use of electronic tools for engaging residents, including the community budget. Exerts from Latvia and Ukraine will take part in the conference.

The conference “Raising the Quality of Utility Services: Challenges, Tools, Innovations” will be organized by Ecopartnership International NGO. The event will be held under the European Union financed project “Requirement for Efficient Management of the Utility Sector”.
